As an active adult senior citizen community, Patio Gardens Mobile Home & RV Park places the quality of the lives of its residents at the forefront of all of its considerations. We believe that the peace and tranquility of our residents begins when we honor their individual likes and interests. Park features include wide streets & desert landscaping, laundry facilities, clubhouse with full kitchen, billiard tables, shuffle board as well as the many activities our residents enjoy.
Amenities & Features
Here at Patio Gardens, we provide a wide variety of amenities that are all designed to help us in that endeavor. These amenities include, but are not limited to:
- Social activities include card games, potluck dinners, birthday parties, ice-cream socials, and much more;
- Weekly lunch outings to various restaurants for all the residents;
- Coffee and donuts every Monday morning;
- Wide variety of games include Billiards, Shuffle Board, Dominos, Poker, Bingo and more;
- Large club house with a fully equipped kitchen;
- Laundry Room with large washers and dryers;
- A comfortable ambiance featuring wide streets and desert landscaping;
- Holiday Get togethers include Labor Day, 4th of July, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day and more.
